  • Follow up and manage accounts receivable with customers
  • Reconciliation of business credit cards
  • Review employee expense reports and receipts
  • Manage employee expenses in Quickbooks
  • Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions in Quickbooks
  • Reconcile all accounts on monthly basis in Quickbooks
